Terms and Conditions
Payment
On acceptance of our proposal to work with your child and family, Calm Little Minds will send an invoice to you via email. Full payment for the course of sessions is required upon receipt of invoice. We can arrange a payment plan if this suits you better, but we will not be able to work with you and your family if payment has not been received as per invoice terms.
Travel Costs
If we are required to travel to you the travel charges are as follows.
0-10 Miles – £5
11-15 Miles – £7.50
Please note these costs are per session and the maximum distance we travel is 15 miles.
Session Times
We allow up to an hour for the initial assessment session with parents or carers. We will tailor a package of sessions to suit your needs and usually offer a package of six 1:1 weekly sessions. Our sessions with children are 45 minutes – although may be shorter to meet their needs.
Cancellation notice
Our cancellation policy is as follows.
Providing 14 days notice will ensure you get a full refund for the remaining sessions after 2 weeks notice has been given – For example if you book 6 sessions and on week 3 wish to cancel, week 4 and 5 are chargeable and week 6 is refunded. Any room hire that has been paid in advance will be deducted from the refund.
We are unable to refund with less than 14 days notice.
If Calm Little Minds for whatever reason cannot deliver the service a full refund will be issued, or we will re-schedule the session. IE if staff member is off sick.
Missed Appointments
If you miss an appointment this will be charged at full cost of £60.00 for the session.
Lateness to a session will mean that your child will not get their full 45 minute session. We run to time as we have other clients to see.
If your child is unwell and not in school for their session we require as much notice as possible, if we arrive to the school, this will be a chargeable session. If we are aware in advance, we will do our best to re arrange the session.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Calm Little Minds may review and vary the Terms and Conditions of their service from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website www.calmlittleminds.co.uk. By entering into this agreement you consent to any amendments.
